Saving a document

A document is identified by the patient's first and last name. So you need to provide those informations in order to be able to save your document (see balow). When these informations have been set, you can save the current "file" hitting the "OK" button in the title bar .

When you hit the "Ok" button, you close the current "file".

Each time you make changes you want to be saved, you MUST hit this button in order to commit changes in the "file".

Patient's identity

The first name and last name of the patient are required if you want to save the data you entered for him. You can provide the birthdate and an identification number (which can be any string).
