What is it?
Morphine is a medical calculator which helps in calculating several indices
like the Body-Mass Index. The available algorithms are (will be) the ones
provided by the Medal Project, developed
by Quanta Healthcare Solution, Inc.
When completed, it will provide thouthands of algorithms (the Medal Project
provide more than 3500 algos).
Features
-
Browse the availables algorithms in a three-like structure (follow the organization of algos in Medal)
-
Ability to define a patient's parameter set, and save it. When a parameter has been set for one algorithm (eg. the age), it is not required any more in others algorithms.
-
It is very easy to write one's own algorithms thanks to an embedded python interpreter for algos definitions.
It is always possible to write them as a C++ dynamic library.
-
International support (french and english supported for now).
-
Multiple physical units (and conversion) supported (the unit conversion system is he modified version of units tool.
Todos
-
Ability to enter values with timestamp, and thus have an evolution graph capability.
-
Convert all the available algos from Medal Excel files (what a shame).
-
Provide a desctop software which give the user the ability to choose which algos he/she wants to have installed in the Zaurus. No one need all of them, and it won't feet in memory.
-
Tell me what would be useful for you.
