Morphine

Morphine is a medical calculator which helps in calculating several indices like the Body-Mass Index. The available algorithms are the ones provided by the Medal Project, developped by Quanta Healthcare Solution, Inc.

Update (mar nov 12)

I have not succeded in "compiling" the actual morphine app to the Zaurus (many problems with PyQt on the Zaurus). This is (partially) due to a lack of support/interest of PyQt/Emb (and PyQt/QPE) from Phil Thompson (the author of PyQt). He is for now at full-time on the standard PyQt.

So I have decided to rewrite the apps in C++, keeping and embedde python for algorithm definition. It is then still very easy to write algorithms (just a text editor required, very simple python syntax). But as I do not have so many time to spend on it (I am starting the writing of my PhD thesis), I won't be able to release Morphine before a few weeks (maybe 2 or 3). Forgive me.

Notes

This site is under construction, ans is far from beeing complete.
For the moment, the software is NOT available (either the sources nor the compiled version) since I do not have a Zaurus. It will be released as soon as I have a fully functional version ON THE ZAURUS.
The Medal Algorithms are provided as Microsoft Excel files. Thus they must be converted for Morphine. At the beginning, there will only be a few algorihms available. I am trying to write an almost automatic converter for the Excel files. So most of the algos will be available for Morphine then.
